I was going to run in costume, but instead decided to volunteer. I have an outdoor job (manning the gate), so I may or may not be in costume depending on how cold it is.

hello it looks like my gf and i will be able to make it to dragon con next year and we had our heart set on staying at the marriot any way we phoned up when the rooms went on sale but couldnt get through when we eventualy did all the rooms were gone obveusly as were comeing from england its pretty importent to get a room sorted does any one who bought a block of rooms or has to cancel could they please contact me we want to stay from the 30thaug -8th sept but any dates for the con would be...

Hello everyone. just wanted to share this with ya. I was asked to be at a local superhero party in st. louis.

its at a place called Halo bar and it starts around 8 or 9. I wont get there till about 10. it will be this wednesday.

The guys who is running it is going to be doing a costume contest. its still pending but it should all work out. he said if we get at least 10 people we should be able to do the contest. entry fee is 5 dollars, not for the party, thats free!

hey everyone, new to these forums. i know its way early for this but nothing beats future planing, is there anyone planing on doing any nick fury/shield or hydra agents(original/ultimate) for Dragon con 2010? just an idea if so, to get a photo shoot of shield vs hydra in front of the suntrust building since we have a marvel vs dc shoot already just thought this would be a good idea. let me know what you think

Anyone going this year? Just trying to find out times when others may be there for some pics. Runs from 10-6 on Sat 10 Oct and 10-5 Sunday 11 Oct. I think that I'll be doing a TDK hybrid bat and U.S. War Machine. Iron Man may be too hard to bring and dress into out of my Subaru. Thanks.

My friends told me rooms just opened up for Sheraton, Hilton, and Hyatt but not Marriot yet. Immediate credit card swipe required by Sheraton and Hilton. Hyatt will do the deposit 60 days prior. Good luck in getting your room.
