and shrink my gut aswell I am currently 5&#39;11 or so bare foot, and about 114-116kgs which I think is about 222lbs, here are some pics to give you some ideas
and also any suggestions? I have heard of this stuff called creatine but dont know much bout it or how it works and how many protein shakes should I use?

So some form of a bench press. My bench has a decline, flat, and 3 different incline variations. I then did flyes.
