He reacts by banning you from his message board and telling everyone that you have received everything you were promised in the amount of time as promised. Calls your a liar in public forums, and then emails you off-board to apologize and promise to "make it all right" -- and then he doesn't.
Takes it even further by telling others NOT to deal with you because you ask where your items are "constantly" and then laughs at you because, in his words, "there will always be another sucker willing to come to me for a suit"
