Finally got something to show. These are all made with MDF, wood and masonite, and a little clay to smooth some areas.

This will do double duty---I'll use the removable L1 L2 pieces for the left-hand mold, the R1 R2 pieces for the right-hand mold:

The 'mesh' in that 3rd pic is shelf liner from Walmart---it'll simulate the fabric of the suit between the straps for those who want it. It can be trimmed off for those who don't.
I'm gonna cast all this stuff in silicone, then make urethane masters, which in turn will be used to make ultracal molds. The ultracal molds will of course be used to make latex parts. Eventually, I will learn how to tint and make urethane parts, for those who prefer urethane.
Overall, I'm pretty pleased with the progress, especially considering how many other irons I have in the fire right now!
