Ive been trying to get in shape for a while now and nothings really been working. I'm 17 and in school so I don't have the time to get up and jog in the morning like so many have recommended. but I come home and do 20 pushups, but with my knees on the couch cause I cant do normal ones. and then I do 20 situps and then I lay on my side and do 20 leg lifts, raising one leg off the ground towards the celing and then haveing it lowered to touch my other leg thats still on the ground. Reacently I've been adding in 20 squatts and am walking the treadmill with weights, though I'm not sure if the weights really help anything. I try jogging the treadmill too but I have asthma and its hard for me to sometimes. Ive also been eating healthier and trying to stay focused but I just don't seem to be seeing results. weird thing is, I get hungry really fast now, almost as if my metabolism is speeding up, yet i see nothing that proves that it has. i was thinking about trying that acci berry diet but i just don't know what to do. Does anyone know good, simple work outs that don't involve equipment outside the ones I've listed? I really need to flatten my stomach and shrink my legs and arms. can anyone help me? and yes I'm a girl. I'm in the process of making a Arkham City Harley Quinn costume but I will NOT go anywhere in it if I'm as...well fat as I am now. Does anyone have any advice?
