Hello, all! I've always been in pretty good shape, but I'm now 20 years old and still weigh just about the same as I did my freshman year of high school. I've tried all kinds of workouts and protein shakes and whatnot, but I cannot seem to gain any weight, be it muscle mass or fat (lol). I'm about 5'10" and 146 lbs stark-naked, does anyone have any tips on helping me gain and keep some muscle mass? I want to to try to get up to about 155 or 160 lbs. I'll be grateful for any help!
