I don't want to post up all the progress photos of this, but if you guys want me to I can do it. This was a project 5 months in the making. Through the process I had help from one of the concept artists that worked on Killzone 3, Andrejs Skuja. The armor was made with EVA Foam, painted with latex paint, and sealed with Mod Podge. The Helmet was Pepakura, and the Wrist blade was made using foam core board, dowel rod, and copper wire.
All the chest and arm armor is attached to a motocross vest that I pulled the plastic armor off of. The undersuit for the costume is actually a polyester Vader undersuit I was able to score for 50 but I still need to get modifications done because it's too tight from the knees down. Boots are Brahma SWAT boots, and the gloves are just a pair of Bell bicycle racing gloves.
