Is there anyone in the Austin or surrounding area that do costume events? School, hospital, Charity or anything like that? I am interested in possibly
working on or being apart of something like this. I constantly read about events Florida and other areas do and I am looking forward to possibly being apart
of something like this. If anyone has ideas please share.

No not really. Ned and Margie did when he was sationed up at Ft Hood. I think Phil aka Texshield is interested in doing such things though

I don't, and I may be moving back to Georgia soon, but I would like to do something like this.

I've done many charity events and a few parades but I haven't done Hospitals yet. So If some heroes would like to get together and do this then sign me
up. Im not part of the Hero Alliance group but I'm an active member of RLSH (REAL LIFE SUPERHEROES) and I do all that I can to help those who need help so
just let me know when and where.

Not sure if anyone still gets this thread or if they are subscribed... but Capstone Comics is having an event on Free Comic Book Day. They are located on
Parmer Lane East of Mopac. Come out in Costume I am trying to currently figure out what I want to wear. They want me to start as John Stewart and go from
there. If anyone is interested come on out or let it be known who you want to be.

Calling any DC/Marvel Heroes in the Austin Area. I've been asked by THUNDERHILL Raceway in Kyle, TX 20 miles south of Austin,TX to make an appearance as my Original Superhero Tex-Shield in part for the promotion of my comic book Tex-Shield #1 which should be released later this fall or by X-MAS. Because this will be for the kids I'm putting out the call for you folks who would like to put on your Marvel or DC SUPERHERO costumes and join me there on a Saturday night sometime in early to mid August and have fun taking pictures signing autographs and enjoying the night watching great races and being a hero for kids that still look up to Superheroes. I'm also hoping maybe we can turn this into a day of fun and BBQ before said event takes place.
