Here are the Operations Orders for the Event:
Tampa Con Operations Order
I. Contact: Margie
II. Location and Time:
Minnreg Convention Hall
6340 126th Ave N., Largo, FL 33773
Off US 19 and Ulmerton Road, Close to I-275 (Near Honeywell).
March 22, 10 AM-4 PM
III. Costuming Line-Up:
Margie-Wonder Woman
Harrison-Superman
John-Green Lantern (Alan Scott)
Please let me know if anyone else will be able to make it out and I'll amend part 3.
IV. Table:
Set-Up-Margie and Harrison (9 AM)
If you have any props you'd like displayed, please bring them.
Table Shifts-One person will need to secure the table at all times.
We'll hang out and take turns and break everything down at 4 PM.
V. Costume Contest:
Forms-Margie will bring the forms.
MC-John will MC.
Judges-We'll arrange a panel of judges from ourselves, the celebrities and/or comic guests after we arrive and set up.
Time of the Contest: Probably at 2, but remain flexible.
Margie will arrange the kids' line in correlation with the judging forms.
John will arrange the adults line in correlation with the judging forms.
We'll start lining them up 15 minutes before the contest.
VI. BASE Camp Collection
Donation Boxes-Margie will bring and decorate them.
We'll keep them on the table for people to donate and I will ask Tim if it's okay if we make an announcement during the con.
