So currently I am 6'-4", 190 lbs. about 14% body fat, I would love to get up to a solid 205 lbs. I just started the P90X program, although I am modifying it slightly(basically cutting the cardio programs in half). I have been blessed (or cursed) with a high metabolism, so the second I start any cardio I immediately drop weight. So I am looking for a meal plan that will help me put on weight. Any thoughts??
