The Shaolin Workout by Sifu Shi Yan Ming.
"I'm going to learn Kung Fu?" -- well, maybe not....but, the so far the stretches are enough that I feel taller and "looser" already. The neck and shoulder stretches, I do at my desk at work to alleviate some stress from the work day.
In later chapters, there are some punches and kicks and whatnot, but -- I think the book is more laying a foundation for martial arts training and not a train yourself at home type of deal.
There are physical, mental, and spiritual exercises in the book -- not religion; spirituality....
