Hello my dears friends
I’ve been working out several times a week for some months, my goal is to change the proportion between body fat and muscle (lose body fat weight). I am 1.81 and currently I am weighting 88 kg.
My workout consistís first weight lifting (around one tour or a little more) and then 30 to 50 minutes of cardio.
My personal trainer tells me to drink my whey protein after I finish my workout (weight lifting + cardio).
But the nutritionist tells me to drink my whey protein as soon as I finish my weight lifting, and then when I finish the cardio to eat a fruit.
So, I am confused, who should I believe?
